Cleanroom garments are designed to filter dust and contaminants down to 0.3 microns. We selected anti-static fabric with polyester-core carbon fibers that withstand high temperatures and meet the sterilization standards of pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities (Sterilisation & Autoclave). Plus, these garments are reusable, washable, and maintain their shape even after sterilisation.

Can be sterilised (Heat, Gamma Radiation) up to 50 cycles

The Cleanroom Garment System protects the environment from contamination and static generated by people in cleanrooms. Electrostatic charge is an invisible contaminant that can degrade or destroy both products and equipment, as well as attract unwanted particles. Controlling these charges requires a proper cleanroom garment system. Each component—Hood, Coverall, and Boots—is connected with a ground snap, conductive tape, and thread to eliminate static on personnel through the ESD floor in cleanrooms.
